• people from competitor companies
• people in hiring clusters

How to actually use it-
Step 1: Open a profile of someone who recently got hired
Preferably:
• Same role you’re targeting
• 0–5 years experience
• Recently joined a company
Now look at “People also viewed.”
Step 2: Notice company repetition
If you see:
• 3–4 people from the same company
• or multiple people from similar startups
That means those companies are likely:
• hiring actively
• expanding similar teams
This is pattern discovery without searching job boards.
Step 3: Reverse-search those companies
Now:
• Visit those company pages
• Check open roles
• Check recent hires
• Check hiring managers
You’ve just found a cluster.
Clusters respond better than isolated roles.
Step 4: Adjust before applying
If multiple profiles show:
• Same tech stack
• Similar project types
• Similar experience depth
Align your resume slightly to match that pattern.
