Instead of:
“We built a web app using React”
Say:
“I built the frontend of a web app using React, handled API integration, and improved load time”

• What was your responsibility?
• What decisions did you take?
• What did you improve or own?
This small change makes you sound:
• More credible
• More confident
• More hireable
Most candidates hide behind “we.”
