4. GoComet – Full-Stack AI Engineer

About:

A fast-growing SaaS startup using AI to improve global logistics through better visibility and efficiency.

Looking for candidates who:

• Have built real projects using LLMs (agents, RAG, prompt engineering, etc.)

• Have worked on side projects or open-source

• Can structure messy problems independently

• Prefer shipping fast over perfection

• Have experience understanding real-world problems or client needs

Interview Process:

• Application Screening

• Technical Assessment (Mettl – 95 mins)

• Take-Home Assignment (1–2 days)

• Assignment Review (Deep Dive – 4 hrs)

• Leadership Round

• Co-founder Round

After every application, check if your resume actually passes a 10-second scan test.

Open your own resume and give yourself just 10 seconds (literally set a timer). Now ask:

Can I instantly see what role this person is targeting?

Are the top 2 projects clearly relevant to that role?

Do the first few bullet points show real work or just generic lines?

If the answer isn’t obvious → that’s exactly why recruiters skip.

Now fix it in a practical way:

Move ONE strong, relevant project to the very top

→ not below education, not at the end

Rewrite just the first 2–3 bullets of that project:

What you built

 What tech you used

 What outcome it had

Example shift:

Instead of

“Worked on a web app using React”

Write

“Built a React-based dashboard with authentication and API integration for real-time data”

This takes 15–20 minutes but changes how your resume performs.

You don’t need to rewrite everything.

Just make sure the top section clearly proves you fit.

Most candidates lose in the first 10 seconds and never realize it.

Rule: If your value isn’t visible in 10 seconds, it might never be seen.
